Applicant Appeal Process
Legacy, LLC follows the HUD Handbook “arm’s length” applicant appeal process by utilizing an Appeals Committee.  If you are an applicant who has received an Adverse Action Letter (Denial Letter) and you wish to submit an appeal, you must do so, in writing, to the email/fax listed below, within 14 days from the date of the Adverse Action Letter**  Our committee will respond to your appeal in writing, within 5 business days from receipt of your appeal, with either a decision or request for further information.

**Reasonable Accommodations will be made for those who have a disability and require an alternative method of appeal processing.
