Sales & Leasing Professional - Mackinaw City, MI


Legacy is seeking a full-time Sales & Leasing Professional to support a Senior Assisted Living Community located in Mackinaw City, MI. As the Sales & Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals and interacting with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. This position is a vital part of our team and is responsible for effectively marketing to prospective residents, community guests and the community; external marketing and outreach and ensuring a smooth resident move-in process. Teamwork with the ability to work within different departments and with other staff is necessary to be successful. Additionally, providing exceptional customer service and the ability to work independently is necessary.

Requirements:

  • 2 or more years of leasing, marketing or sales or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High School Diploma, GED, or some college credits preferred

  • Customer service oriented with exceptional customer service skills and the capacity to relate to a variety of people/personalities
  • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to take on initiatives while multitasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Outgoing and personable - excellent interpersonal communication
  • Awareness of fair housing laws required

  • Proficiency in MS Office products
  • Yardi experience preferred

  • Real Estate License required within 6 months of employment

  • Ability to work some nights, weekends and Holidays
  • Some travel required, must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
